This is highly recommended, but if the food size is vaguely large, it gets stuck inside and doesn't come out haha. And one fool cat still doesn't know how to use it. Only the cat with a strong appetite for a month has been using it.
Also, if the food is too large, opening the lid slightly and filling it up before going to work makes the pets happy~

My dog loves it! It's weighed properly so it'll swing and roll with a soft touch. I use it with my puppy but i don't think it'll work for a bigger dog.
