Works with adjustable sound volume, but unfortunately, it's not ultrasonic; the sound is clearly audible. Haven't tested on my dog yet but I'm doubting it works
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad the adjustable volume works.
We apologize for the confusion. While the trainer is designed with an ultrasonic component, the sound can be audible on higher settings. We understand your doubt, but the high frequency is what disrupts barking.
Please try it with your dog. If you don't see results soon, contact us by Email or Phone Number. We'll happily offer training tips or discuss a refund!
