Stunning but you need to buy a size bigger than you expect. Another question, three Scotch stripes on bottom harness waistband that I don't know the purpose

These are highly visible Scotchlite reflective strips. Their purpose is purely for safety, specifically in low-light conditions (like early morning, evening, or fog). When light from a vehicle's headlights or a street lamp hits these stripes, they reflect brightly, significantly increasing your dog's visibility to cars, bikes, and pedestrians.
